A Tuff Turf is not a grass type carpeting glued onto concrete. Tuff Turf is a grass simulation system with a multi-layer installation process, which will remain porous and natural for years to come.
It starts with natural soil, and then builds layer upon layer for stability and long life. The turf has just the right amount of fiber to look full and lush while allowing the infill of sand and "crumb rubber" to give with each step. This helps to reduce stress injuries on joints while providing an impact-absorbing cushion. No special shoes are required, any sport shoe or cleat will give you the traction you need. |
